ORDER 24.06.2025 The short grievance projected by the petitioner in the instant petition is that the respondents intend to take over the land of the petitioner without following due process of law. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to acquire the land of the petitioner and pay the compensation as per the rules. Statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. In view of the above, respondents are directed to initiate the process for acquisition of land of the petitioner, if they intend to utilize the said land for the public purpose and also to assess and pay the compensation strictly as per law.
