S. No. 16 Regular Cause List IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR CM(M) No. 237/2025 CM No. 3785/2025 Syed Shunain Andrabi (Minor) through his mother …Appellant/Petitioner(s) Through: Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim Mehraj, Advocate Vs. Syed Khalid Andrabi ...Respondent(s) Through: CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE O R D E R 30.06.2025 1. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the Court of 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, (for short “the Trial Court”) is not deciding her application for execution of decree despite lapse of about 10 months. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if the Trial Court is directed to decide the petitioner’s application for execution of decree expeditiously. 3. Viewed in the above context, it will be futile to keep this petition pending on board and the same is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the petitioner’s application for execution of decree pending before it expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournments in the matter. 4.
