The appeal challenges the order dated 15th June, 2018 passed by the City Civil Court, whereby defendant no.1 was restrained from handing over the possession of the suit shop to defendant nos.2 and 3. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the position continues to remain the same till today. However, the main suit is at the advanced stage of cross-examination and is now listed on 16th December, 2025 before the City Civil Court. 4. I have perused the impugned order and do not find any perversity to interfere in the same, more so, because the suit is at the advanced stage of recording of evidence.
