Heard Shri Najakat Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. On previous occasion learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prayed and granted time for seeking instructions in respect of verification of the record in shape of Nikahnaama and the same has been brought to the notice of this court through instructions that the Nikahnaama is valid and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is leading their peaceful life as married couple. 3. So far as cause of action arises in favour of petitioner for filing the instant petition is concerned, it is the specific statement recorded by concerned police authority which has been appended alongwith the instructions, that parents of the either of the parties is having any problem in respect of solemnization of marriage between petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and as such no cause of action arises in favour of the petitioners for preferring instant petitioner for seeking same prayer.. 4.
