By the present Interim Application, the Applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 277 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 3. It is the submission of Ms. Pawar, learned Counsel for the Applicants, that earlier a Second Appeal was filed challenging the impugned Judgment and Decree and after withdrawing the said Second Appeal, the present Civil Revision Application is filed and therefore there is some delay. She further submits that there was also some delay in filing the Second Appeal.
