Learned Government Counsel makes a statement on the basis of the counter affidavit so filed, whereby, it is stated that “on 04.11.2024 and after registration of FIR the investigation is being conducted and during the course of investigation no involvement of the present Petitioner – Sri Vikas Garg was found in the present case, therefore, his name was exonerated from the investigation, however, the investigation of the case is going on.” 5. Since the Petitioner – Sri Vikas Garg, has been exonerated from all the alleged charges, the writ petition has become infructuous. 6. The writ petition is dismissed as having infructuous.
