Through the medium of the present Contempt petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of Order dated 01.03.2016 passed by the Writ Court whereby the respondents were directed to regularize the services of the petitioner against the Class IV post.

Compliance Report stands filed on behalf of the respondents. As per the Compliance Report, the respondents after considering the claim of the petitioner have regularized the services of the petitioner. In this regard,
Consideration Order No. HSS/R/334/2023 dated 09.12.2023 has been issued by the respondents. A copy of the Consideration Order as well as a copy of the relevant page of Service Book of the petitioner has been produced by the respondents which is taken on record. A perusal thereof clearly depicts that the
services of the petitioner have been regularized w.e.f 1st of March 2016 and his pay has also been fixed accordingly.

In view of the above, the order of the Writ Court stands complied with. The Contempt proceedings are accordingly closed.
