The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S.
