Application No. 174 of 2022 7led under section 125(3) for the recovery of the arrears. It is further submitted that again the order passed by this Court to deposit the arrears while the present petitioner was in prison. It was further submitted that the entire amount in question has been deposited by the petitioner. Hence, the learned advocate for the petitioner has sought withdraw the present petition. Permission as sought for is granted. The matter stand disposed of. It is clari7ed that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. It is made clear that the order of this Court would not come in the way of the parties concerned in accordance with law. (R. T.
