Shri Subodh Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the receipt of the aforesaid amounts.He however recasts his relief and submits that the petitioner is entitled to interests on delayed payment of gratuity. The petitioner claims that he shall make a representation in regard to payment of interests on delayed payment of gratuity amount. In wake of preceding submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the following direction: 1.In case the petitioner makes a representation in regard to payment of interests on delayed payment of gratuity amount, the same shall be decided as per law by the respondent authority within a period of three months from the date of submission of the aforesaid representation along with a certified copy of this order.
