Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondents informed the Court that the proceedings have been rendered infructuous for the reason that the civil suit, the order passed therein stands assailed by way of these proceedings itself has been dismissed in default on 12.08.2024 and no application for restoration has been filed in the civil suit. 2. In the light of this development, this petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
