The relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to Respondent No.3 to consider the order passed by Respondent No.4 and to take decision in the matter in accordance with law. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, it is noticed that, Respondent No.4 has submitted a report to Respondent No.3 as per Annexure-A dated 06.03.2014 and thereafter, no decision has been taken by the Respondent-Government. In this regard, the petitioner has made representations dated 16.08.2019 (Annexure-B) and 18.08.2019 (Annexure-C). 4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Respondent No.3 is hereby directed to take decision in the matter, based on the report made by Respondent No.4 produced at Annexure-A to the writ petition within an outer limit of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40998 WP No. 12447 of 2020 three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
