Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Short counter affidavit filed by the learned A.G.A. in the Court today, is taken on the record. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that investigation in the case has already been concluded and charge-sheet has also been filed against the accused respondent No.4. However, as against respondent Nos.5 & 6, final report has been submitted on the ground that their identity could not be established. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and states that she does not want to further press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the learned Magistrate raising all her grievances before him. 5. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
