This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No. 19383 of 2022, under Sections 323, 498-A, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (JD)/J.M. Jaunpur, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It appears from the perusal of the record that above case is pending at the stage of recording of evidence. The applicant before this Court is the complaint in the proceeding of the aforesaid case and she has to adduce her evidence before the Court concerned. Needless to say that evidence may be adduced by the applicant herself but it is very strange that instead of adducing evidence, the applicant unnecessarily knocked at the door of this Court, which is not a good practice. However, she is directed to adduce her evidence before the Court concerned on the next date fixed in the matter and the Court concerned is directed to make all endeavours for expeditious disposal of the case, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
