(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.0008 dated 08.01.2025 under Sections 21, 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Special Task Force, Distt. STF Wing Mohali. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 25.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The status report dated 15.09.2025 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 25.08.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 25.08.2025 is made absolute.
