On 2 July, 2018, this Court passed an order recording the contention of the Corporation that the suit structure is fully demolished and also the contention of the appellant that the suit structure is partially demolished. 3. Without going into this issue, I think that since the main motion is fixed for hearing on 4 December, 2025, the appeal can be disposed of by passing following order :- (i) Status-quo as of today to continue by both the parties till the order disposing the main motion which is fixed on 4 December, 2025 is passed.
