ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo which reads as under:
“The memo is being filed to bring it to the notice of this Hon’ble Court that the parties in O.S.No.4725/2020 have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat in terms of joint memo filed before the Hon’ble Court. A copy of the online order dated 18.12.2021 in O.S.1725/2020 disclosing the same is produced herewith. The same may be taken on record and the writ petition may be
disposed off as being infructuous in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Placing the memo on record, Civil Revision petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
