Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Despite service of notice, the respondents have neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. Hence, the respondents are called and set ex-parte. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proceedings that are sought to be withdrawn and transferred are relating to an accident claim pending in MCOP.No.4318 of 2018 on the file of the learned IV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai. It is the specific contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that similar transfer applications in Tr.CMP.Nos.53, 59, 70 and 91 of 2023 have been allowed, transferring the MCOPs to be heard by the Sub Court, Pudukottai, where connected accident claims are pending. 5. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the transfer application.
