This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed for non prosecution by this Court vide order dated 04.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 17450 of 2019 (Rahul vs. State of U.P.). 4. Even previously on 14.11.2022 there was no representation from either sides of the parties and the following order was passed:- "List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel for the State is present. Sri Dharmendra Singh, learned counsel for the first informant is also not present even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list. On 30.11.2021, there was adjournment on the request of learned counsel for the applicant. Today, even in the revised list, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. This is the 2nd bail application. In the interest of justice, as a last opportunity, the matter is adjourned for today. Let the matter be listed on 03.12.2022. It is made clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right." 5. The incident is of the year 2018. It is more than six years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant. 7.
