ORAL JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellant is absent. No representation.
2. The appellant -Sri R K Subramanyam, son of the original deceased appellant is present before the Court and prays for time.
3. The order sheet dated 12.11.2025 reads as under:
"Learned proxy counsel of the appellant seeks time on the ground that the counsel on record is unwell.
As per the
order dated 15.10.2025, IA.No.3/2021 filed by the appellant was dismissed and the appellant was directed to file valuation slip and to pay Court fee as required under law within two weeks, failing which, the appeal will be dismissed.
Inspite of that, neither the valuation slip is filed nor the Court fee is paid.

The matter is listed for further hearing as
learned counsel of the appellant has already addressed his arguments in-part. Even though, I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter, however, to afford final opportunity, list on

4. Inspite of that, there is no representation. The valuation slip is not filed and the Court fee is also not paid.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
