The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2024 passed by this Court. 2. Order dated 04.07.2024 does not decide any issue. The Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It was observed that the petitioner would be free to approach the authority and the authority was directed to act in accordance with Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956. Therefore, [2025:RJ-JP:9669-DB] (2 of 2) [CCP-190/2025] we are not inclined to initiate any contempt proceedings at this stage. 3. However, taking into consideration that no time limit was fixed by this Court vide order dated 04.07.2024, let the exercise be now completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
