Perusal of the written instructions reveals that decision on petitioner’s mutation application was taken on 09.04.2025 and name of the petitioner has been mutated in revenue records. 4. Since decision on mutation application has been taken by the Competent Authority, therefore, nothing survives in this contempt petition. 5. Accordingly, the same is closed.
