For the said reasons, the Order dated 31.07.2025 is modified and the presence of Ms. Ridhima Malhotra, learned counsel’s appearance is recorded for respondent Nos. 1 & 11. 4. The Order dated 31.07.2025 shall also record presence of Mr. Naveen Kumar Chaudhary as counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 12 and 13. 5.
