[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue Rule, calling upon the respondents and each one of them, to show cause as to why a Writ of Certiorari and/or in the nature thereof, shall not be issued, for transmitting the records, lying with them, for rendering substantive and conscionable justice to the petitioner; (ii) Issue Rule, calling upon the respondents and each one of them, to show cause as to why a Writ of Mandamus and/or in the nature thereof, shall not be issued, for mandating/directing them, to forthwith release the outstanding pensionary benefits, viz. remaining 50% of Leave Encashment, Gratuity, 10% of GPF, Group Insurance amount and regular pension, alongwith interest thereon, including all consequential benefits, in favour of the petitioner; (iii) After hearing the parties, be pleased to make the Rule absolute in terms of (i) & (ii) above; (iv) Costs of and incidental to this proceeding”. [3] After perusal of the record, it is seen that the petitioner herein submitted a letter dated 24.03.2025 addressed to the Director of Social Welfare and Social Education, Govt. of Tripura, Agartala regarding his grievances which is un-attended till now. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the letter dated 24.03.2025 within a period of 03(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
