Heard learned advocate Mr.A.M.Thakore appearing on behalf of the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.L.B.Dabhi on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. By way of this application the applicant prays for being released on temporary bail for the purpose of providing &nancial assistance to the family. 4. It appears that the present applicant is arraigned as an accused in connection with an FIR bearing C.R.No.III-05/2022 registered with ATS Police Station, Ahmedabad. 5. It appears from the jail remarks that the applicant is in custody since 30.08.2022 and had been released once on temporary bail in the month of September, 2023 for a period R/CR.MA/27173/2025 ORDER DATED: 23/12/2025 of three days, on which occasion, he had reported back in time. The jail conduct of the applicant is also stated to be good. 6. Considering the period of incarceration and having regard to the reason stated in the application, this Court is inclined to consider this application. Hence, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 Days (Ten Days) from the date of his actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. 6.1. The applicant to mark his presence on the 3rd, 6th and 9th day of his release before the concerned police station. 7. The applicant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted. (NIKHIL S.
