Devendra Kumar whereas in CONT.CAS(C) 87/2025, there are six petitioners i.e. Ms. Ritu, Ms. Kajal, Mr. Pardeep Kumar, Ms. Seema, Mr. Harbir and Ms. Manisha. This is a digitally signed order. Admittedly, all the above said petitioners have already been issued letters of offer of appointment for the post of District Youth Officer in Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS). 4. The grievance of the petitioners is merely to the effect that despite the fact that the offer of appointment was made way back on 13.12.2024, and despite the fact that the requisite formalities have already been completed by them, they have not been asked to report for any duty and, therefore, the appointment is only on paper. It is submitted that such inaction is in teeth of the specific directions contained in judgment dated 12.11.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court. 5. Undoubtedly, as per the specific directions contained therein, there is no impediment on the part of the respondents to continue with the investigation but, at the same time, in order to protect the interest of the concerned petitioners, there is a specific direction that they would be appointed subject to the final outcome of the investigation by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). 6. Very clearly, as per the directions contained in the above said judgment dated 12.11.2024, the petitioners have to be granted appointment within four weeks. 7. Though the offer of appointment has already been issued on 13.12.2024 i.e. within the period of four weeks, as noted already, according to the petitioners, this is only a paper formality as they have not been posted, despite completion of the requisite formalities. 8. Learned counsel for the respondents i.e. Director General, NYKS is present on advance notice and submits that there is no attempt This is a digitally signed order. It is submitted that the offer letter was issued within the stipulated period and the matter is stuck up only because of the fact that certain procedural formalities have yet not been completed. 9. After taking requisite instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let the petitioners report to their Head office situated at 4-Jeevan Deep Building, Ground Floor, Sansad Marg, New Delhi, Delhi-110001 on 27.01.2025 at 11:00 am and if the procedural formalities are completed by them, further needful be done positively within five working days. 10. The petitions are disposed of in view of the aforesaid assurance. 11. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
