The present application has been filed to quash the ex pare impugned order dated 17.05.2023 passed by learned A.C.J.M., Shikohabad, District- Firozabad and entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 2733/2021, under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of Domestic Violence Act, P.S.- Sirsaganj, District- Firozabad, pending in the court of A.C.J.M. 2nd Firozabad and impugned order dated 05.10.2024. 3. Learned A.G.A has raised objection that against the order passed in appeal under Section 29 of D.V. Act., criminal revision lies as per the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the case of Dinesh Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. & Another in Criminal Revision No.582 of 2016 decided on 2nd August, 2016. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application to avail the remedy of criminal revision. 5. In view of above, present application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. Office is directed to provide certified copy of the impugned order to counsel for the applicants after retaining the photostat copy of the same.
