Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Despite service of notice, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. Hence, the respondent is called and set ex-parte. 4. The petitioner seeks transfer of IDOP.No.452 of 2025 from the file of the Family Court, Erode, to the file of the Family Court at Krishnagiri. I have also gone through the averments set out in the transfer application. The petitioner, despite the distance that would be required to travel, has also to take care of the minor child aged two years and certainly the petitioner would be put to lot of inconvenience, if she is compelled to attend the proceedings before the Family Court, Erode. The respondent has also not come forward to contest the request of transfer. 5. In the light of the above, I am inclined to accede to the request of the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the proceedings in IDOP.No.452 of 2025. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in IDOP.No.452 of 2025 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Erode, and transferred to the file of the Family Court, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR CMP No. 1278 of 2025 __________ Page3 of 4 Krishnagiri.
