CMP(T) No. 57 of 2025 The prayer made in the application is identical to the main prayer made in the petition, which can only be considered at the time of final hearing. The request for early hearing of the petition made by the petitioner has already been declined by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2024. In this view of the matter, the application is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. It is, however, clarified that this order will not come in the way of the petitioner in submitting his application/candidature in pursuance to the communication dated 20.2.2025, issued by the Director of Higher Education, annexed with the application as Annexure A-1.
