The following prayers have been made in the writ petition: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 and 3 to consider on the representations dated 01.04.2025, 13.5.2025, 23.11.2024 and passed order to remove illegal occupation or possession over the petitioner's land Arazi No. 221, 282, 283, situated in village Araji Ajagara Maarvi Tehsil-Sagari District Azamgarh from the private respondent within stipulated period. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 and 3 to take legal action against the private respondent for illegally disposed the petitioner from the land in question." 2. The dispute is of a civil nature in relation to an immovable property between the petitioner and private respondent which she wants to get resolved through a representation. 3. In our considered opinion, the Executive Authorities have no role in the matter except for maintaining law and order. 4. The petition is thoroughly misconceived and is dismissed.
