1. Mr. N. H. Shah, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of the Court upon a communication dated 11.05.2024, which has been issued from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to the concerned Tehsildar in pursuance of the application preferred by the petitioner, wherein, concerned Tehsildar has been requested to furnish detailed factual report to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, which till date has not been submitted and feeling aggrieved of the same, the petitioners are prompted to file the present petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for a while, when confronted with the maintainability of the petition, submits that the petitioners would feel satisfied, if the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to decide the application of the petitioners alleged to have been filed before him in accordance with law within some reasonable time frame.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Mohsin Ul Showkat Qadri, learned Sr.AAG enters appearance on behalf of the respondents and submits that he is not averse to the disposal of the present petition at this stage or else to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners. He, however, submits that the application of the petitioners would be considered in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field.
4. With the consent of the learned appearing counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is taken up for disposal at the motion stage and is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to consider the representation of the petitioners alleged to have been filed on 11.05.2024, in conformity with the rules and as per law within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order along with writ petition and annexures are made available to him. Needless to say, the consideration order which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioners through registered post.
5. Writ petition is disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner as indicated above.
