In the present petition, the challenge is to resolution dated 02.11.2021 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.3, whereby certain area of Villages Dau Majra, Tole Majra, Randiala, Tripari, Bhukhri and Pir Sohana have been included within the limits of Municipal Council, Kharar. 2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties concede that after passing of the resolution dated 02.11.2021 VARINDER PRASHAD 2025.09.18 15:05 I attest to the accuracy of this document PHHC CWP-23522-2021 -2- (Annexure P-4), the notification has already been issued for the inclusion of the area within the Municipal Limits of Kharar, which needs to be challenged along with the resolution, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved. 3. Keeping in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by challenging the notification, which has been issued by the State for including the area in question. 4. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
