We have passed an Order dated 17th October 2025, which has been accepted in totality by the District Colllector, Raigad. Compliance affidavit is also placed on record to the effect that the entire obligation has been complied by the Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd. and more specifically as set out in paragraph Nos. 6 & 7 of the said order passed by us. 2. Mr. Pai, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that although it is stated that the PAPs have been informed he submits that in the fact situation, it would also be necessary for the Collector to display a notice on a board outside the establishment. Learned AGP Ms. Thakur submits that the Collector is prepared to take the required steps.
