Heard Sri Saurav Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Prateek Rai, Advocate for Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam and Sri Abhinav Shukla, Advocate for Respondent-LIC. 2. Petitioner is a retired employee of U.P. Jal Nigam and has approached this Court that despite he got retired on 31.03.2025, but till date his retiral dues are not paid. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam submits that U.P. Jal Nigam is facing financial constraint, therefore, there is a delay in considering grievance of the petitioner. However, he assures that all endeavour will be taken that retiral dues of petitioner will be settled within a reasonable period. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-LIC, on basis of instructions, submits that money has already been forwarded to Department concerned, who has to disburse to petitioner. 5. The factom of financial problem faced by Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam is not much disputed by learned counsel for petitioner. 6. In the circumstances, taking note of above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that amount towards retiral dues be paid to petitioner within a reasonable period and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
