2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:-
“I) Issue writ of mandamus directing the 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 2025:HHC:14062 respondent No.2 to take final decision on the statutory revision petition pending adjudication since year 2019 as expeditiously as possible in a time bound manner, keeping in view the earlier directions dated 01.01.2019 passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court in CWP No. 3016 of 2018”

In the light of the prayers so made in the writ petition, the same is disposed of with the direction that let the proceedings, in terms of the order passed by the Revisional Authority, dated 13.05.2019, be taken to their logical conclusion by the Authority concerned, within a period of six weeks from today, in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as far as the merits of the case are concerned. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
