ORAL ORDER
1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
"a. Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus or order or direction declaring that acts of the Respondent authorities in interfering with the business activities of the Petitioner and preventing Petitioner from running the business at the afore said premises from 2019 to till date, without issuing any notice or following the due process of law as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, violative of principles of natural justice, violate of fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and contrary to law.
b. Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus or order or direction directing the Respondent authorities not to interfere with lawful business of the Petitioner carried out at No.215, 1, 6th Floor, Mereside Heights, Nagavarapalya Village, Benniganahalli Dhakale, K.R.Puram Hobli, Bengaluru.
c. Pass such other order/s or direction/s that this Hon'ble deems fit under the
facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of Justice and Equity."
3. The submission of Sri Vivek Subbareddy, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner is that though certain

proceedings has been initiated against the petitioner, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 23.07.2025 in Crl.P.No.10091/2025 has stayed those proceedings. His further submission is that there are no illegal activities, which have been carried on by the petitioner at the subject premises and the Closed Circuit Television Cameras have been installed at the public places which could be so verified by the authorities concerned to ascertain if there are any illegal activities being conducted at the petitioner premises. It will give recordings every 15 days. His submission is that if the respondents wish to have access to the said CCTV footage, they could have such access at any time they choose fit.

In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the similar matter which has been considered by the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh High Court in W.P.No.40213/2022, the respondents are directed not to interfere with any lawful business being conducted by the petitioner. However, that shall not preclude the respondents from taking

appropriate action if it is found that any illegal activities are being carried on by the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
