PATIL) This intra-Court appeal is filed by the State and its officials challenging the order of the learned Single Judge dated 04.04.2024 passed in W.P. No.8524/2024, wherein the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition with a specific direction to the respondent- Tahsildar, Chintamani Taluk, to consider the representation of the petitioner and to carryout necessary corrections in the grant order and the revenue records by correctly mentioning the survey number and the name of the village. The original petitioner has filed the contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the said order. 2. Sri A. Nagarajappa, learned counsel appearing for the original petitioner submits that the jurisdictional Tahsildar, pursuant to the directions of the learned Single Judge has considered the representation and issued endorsements dated 18.10.2024 and 08.11.2024, rejecting the prayer of the original petitioner. He further submits that the original petitioner, who is the respondent herein intend to challenge the said - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42553-DB WA No. 1838 of 2024 C/W CCC No. 1105 of 2024 endorsements issued by the jurisdictional Tahsildar in appropriate proceedings. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case as no adjudication is required. In view of the endorsements dated 18.10.2024 and 08.11.2024 issued by the jurisdictional Tahsildar, contempt proceeding in CCC No.1105/2024 is closed. Notice issued to the accused/respondents stands discharged with liberty to the original petitioner to challenge the endorsements dated 18.10.2024 and 08.11.2024.
