However, the notice sent to the respondent has been returned with the endorsement “not known”. 2. In spite of granting several opportunities, the Official Liquidator is not able to serve notice on the respondent. 3. It is now stated that the ISHO, Mannuthy Police Station, has informed the Official Liquidator through the District Police Chief, Thrissur, that the respondent is not residing in the address provided in the claim petition.
