The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Angara P.S. Case No.89 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under sections 319(2), 318(4), 322, 336(2), 338, 340(2), 61 (2), 336(3) of BNS. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that it has been alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner has conspired and grabbed the land of the informant and prepared forged and fake documents. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted that the petitioner is said to be the witness in the sale-deed executed by the vendor and except this, there is no allegation against the petitioner. It is next submitted that the co-accused Ashok Kumar, who purchased the land claimed to be owned by the informant, has been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.02.2025 in B.A. No.1517 of 2025. It is also submitted that the charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has in custody since 05.12.2024 as is evident from para-01 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Angara P.S. Case No.89 of 2024, with the condition that the petitioner will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the Court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
