A common Report had been filed by the Official Liquidator, which indicates that the 8th defendant in the suit had been given a letter of arrangement for exploiting the theatrical exhibition rights of the film https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis A No. 859 of 2025 __________ Page3 of 5 "Mayakkam Enna". It is the case of the Applicant that for the theatrical release he already paid substantial amount to the 8th defendant and he has no dues payable as claimed by the plaintiff. 3. Considering the fact that the trial of the suit is yet to be completed, this court finds no impediment in ordering the Application as prayed for. Accordingly, the Application is ordered. The ex parte order is set aside. As a sequel, the written statement of the 1st defendant shall be filed within four weeks from today. 06-07-2026 ssk To 1.
