It is the case of the Applicant that for the theatrical release he already paid substantial amount to the 8th defendant and he has no dues payable as claimed by the plaintiff. 3. Considering the fact that the trial of the suit is yet to be completed, this court finds no impediment in ordering the Application as prayed for. Accordingly, the Application is ordered.
