After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he would feel satisfied, if Trial court is asked to decide the matter pending before it expeditiously. After having considered arguments and after having taken into account the fact that the case is at the stage of recording the defence evidence before the Trial Court, therefore, the points raised by petitioner in this petition can be well considered by the Trial court at the time of final hearing. In view of submissions made, this petition is disposed of by providing that the Trial court shall decide the case pending before it expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
