After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner wants to make request to be transferred at a desired station on medical ground of his ailing brother and son. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands dispose of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 3 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made, the respondent No.- 3 shall look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner in the light of the provisions as contained under the transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025 and shall be passing order within a further period of six weeks.
