By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "a) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to provide the pension and gratuity to the petitioner who has retired on 31.08.2022 by taking appropriate decision on the application dated 08.05.2025 pending before him with regard to pay fixation and providing the pension and Gratuity, within time bound frame." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2025 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
