Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent-husband does not intend to prosecute M.C.No.746/2024, which is pending before III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District and undertakes to file a memo seeking withdrawal of the said proceedings before the concerned Court. 3.
