Hence, the respondent is called and set ex-parte. 4. The petitioner seeks transfer of HMOP.No.106 of 2025 from the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, to the file of the Sub Court, Attur. The petitioner is residing in Attur and she expresses her inconvenience and lot of difficulties in travelling all the way to Thuraiyur, especially since she has to take care of two minor children as well. The petitioner has made out prima facie case seeking transfer. 5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP.No.106 of 2025 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Attur. There shall be no order as to costs.
