JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA 29/04/2025 Heard Mr. F Haque, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. N Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State of Assam. This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of only 8 days in preferring the connected criminal appeal. I have gone through the application. I find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Moreover, going through issuing notice to the respondent No. 2 could be nothing but waste of time. Therefore, the delay stands condoned. The connected criminal appeal shall be registered and listed for admission hearing. I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
