(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 293 of 2024, under Section 363, 366, 376 (3), 120B, 376 D and 506 IPC, 3 (a)/4 (2) and 5 (g)/6 of the Protection of the Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3 (1) (w), 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Bahadrabad, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail. 4. Learned State counsel was required to inform the informant. 2 5. The statement has been given that the informant has been informed. Learned State counsel would also submit that it is a case of parity. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
