Fakhruddin, learned counsel appears for the respondent. The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of this Court’s order. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the re-appointment order was issued on 11.08.2023. When the matter was taken up on the last occasion, at the request of the learned counsel for the respondents sought time for filing compliance report. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the Director, CAF & PD, Government of Manipur issued order dated 16.01.2025 giving posting to the petitioner and therefore, the order of the Court has been complied with and the said order is kept on record. Accordingly, the present contempt petition along with pending application are disposed of.
