The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to restrain respondent no.4 from selling the liquor from shop in Sector 16 Vasundhara, Ghaziabad as he is not authorized to sell liquor from that place and his actual allotment to sell the liquor is at Prahalad Gali, Ghaziabad. It is further prayed for a direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 09.05.2025, 13.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 within stipulated period. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
