Case No. 276 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown criminals are alleged to have looted Rs. 55,805/-, one Tab etc. from the informant. 4. Rs. 5300/- and one mobile phone have been recovered from the petitioner and the petitioner has also given a self-inculpatory statement. The petitioner is in jail since 5.8.2024. 5.
